1.- Boiling (if you wish to know more about this topic)

* Drinking water must be boiled for one minute (at sea level) to prepare feeding bottles from the moment that the surface starts to boil.
A minute must be added for each thousand meters above sea level.


* If it is bottled water boiling is not needed

* We must emphasize in a good hygiene of hands, teets and feeding bottles

* More than 1 mg/l can cause dental fluorosis if it is taken continuously during first years of life.

* Between 0,3 y 1 mg/l : the child must not take fluoride supplements.
